THE FUTURE THROUGH THE EYES OF THE PAST
ARCHEOLOGICAL RENEWABLE ENERGY
In the northern part of Chile, it is possible to see ancient geoglyphs over the mountains some dating back up to 2,500 years. This makes it unsurprising that digging in the Arica region can leads to finding archeological sites.
Such discoveries can put on hold projects or even cancel them. So, how can we move forward into the future while retaining past knowledge?
By acknowledging our roots and incorporating them into our identity, this 25.8MW Solar Power Project came to be. It merges renewable energy generation with cutting-edge technology provided by Sharp PV Modules, all while preserving the heritage.
Currently under construction, it is expected to contribute to an emission reduction of 23,400 tCO2/year.
